In the tradition of innovation and program enhancement, WinPilot Version 4.13 can now use the serial number of the Ipaq 5400 series for the password link.

First some questions.

What version of WinPilot do you have WinPilot ADV or PRO and Version Number 4.13? ? What kind of GPS?

Try removing WinPilot (start/settings/system/remove programs) - remove both ADV and PRO. Reinstall one of them and see if it works - start it in symulator mode - that is a way to input the password. Hope it helps.

start up simulator program first - enter password as blank or just press ok, otherwise use IPAQ serial number.
Simulator should open and display Minden airspace. Select COM PORT menu option and enter correct com port - if using a Navman sleeve or anything connected to bottom of IPAQ use COM PORT 4, 56700 baud.
Close SImulator and open up winpilot....any other queries (including step by step procedure) just email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

I have also heard about cracked version of Winpilot ADV available for trial - could be worth hard-resetting your IPAQ and installing this...email for details..

Cheers,
Andy
