OK, I'll admit right off - I'm a student pilot, so take it easy on me!
While I've been perusing soaring sites and makes/models I've noticed several V-tail configurations (Schreder comes to mind as a prevalent make).
Does the V-tail have any significant handling differences when compared with a T-tail or older craft with a fuselage-mounted horizontal? If so - what are they?

Can't say for HP and RS marks, but handling was conventional in an SHK.
