The adjustable jack crank needs to be replaced on my older Anschau Komet trailer. This is the post type that is near the hitch, with the wheel. It is raised and lowered by the clamp style system. [Which is different than the standard US type trailer crank that rotates/hinges].

The jack I have is cross-threaded and needs to be replaced [I think no good deed goes unpunished because it worked fine until i lubricated it].

I don't think this type crank is used anywhere except imported glider trailers in the US. Anyone know of a domestic source for a repacement?

the tube diameter is ~47mm = 1 7/8'

Chris

We stock the Cobra trailer jack and the bracket that is welded onto the tow bar. It is larger than the early Anschau jack.
