Anyone know when the production switched to the Mosquito 'B' [from Mosquito]?

The US type certificate only covers serial numbers 1-92. Is this possibly because the production changed at Serial No 93? Or is this when production switched from 'Glasflügel' to 'Glasflügel / Holighaus & Hillenbrand'

So what it the first 'B' serial number?

[In the B model the wing fairing has been removed from the fuselage. Somewhere in the production the wheelbrake moved from below the stick to the rudder pedals. But I'm not sure the wheelbrake change happened at the same time as the fairing.]

First Mosquito B was around s/n 103 or 104.
