Does anyone know if an amateur built PW-5 actually exists?

As for the amateur build I'm afraid I confused it with something else and if you refer to the toy plan than it wasn't released yet.

I'm looking for a used ship that's light weight, strong, easy to fly, with Amateur Built Experimental Airworthiness Certificate and current annual/condition inspection. Any ideas?
