I am installing new seals where the control push rods enter the wing. I am using sail cloth (dacron I think) to make the seals. I need to glue the fabric together and also glue the fabric cylinders to the wing. My first attempt using a Walmart fabric glue did not stick. Can someone speak from experience as to the best glue to use?

Though I have not installed seals, I have used this on many materials.
3M Spray 77 contact cement. Should do the job just fine.

Why do you install seals at that place? It is much better to allow the air to get in or out of the wing as necessary due to the altitude changes. George

I've had good results with Pliobond, an industrial strength contact cement. Available, among other places I'm sure, from Aircraft Spruce (http://www.aircraft-spruce.com).
I just completed a wing control surface sealing using this with dacron.

That's what the cracks in the gelcoat are for.

Sorry no B-1 yet. My old seals failed and I am getting old 6W ready for the Sports Class Nationals.
I hope to be flying the new glider at Uvalde.
