Would someone know the maximum weight of the non-flying parts of a Grob Twin Astir (retract model)?

TIA,

Frank,

Not really sure what you are asking but I happened to have a copy of a 1978 Twin Astir Flight Handbook at hand...

Maximum Flying Weight: 1435 lbs. 650 kg

Maximum permitted weight of non lifting parts: 1036 lbs. 470 kg

Have a look at the B.G.A. web-site http://www.gliding.co.uk/ , go to 'Info for Clubs & Members', then to 'Technical', then to 'Datasheets', and see if the type you want is included.
