Our Club need to buy a Logger and because being (always) short of cash now the question: What is the main difference between these models and is the price- difference justified?

For the price, you cant beat Colibri. I use mine w/ Winpilot, and have no complaints. Easy to use, and you can navigate using it, with winds, distance and bearing easily obtainable off the little unit-mounted screen. Doesnt quit logging when memory is full either, a complaint Ive heard from several Volkslogger users. I panel mounted mine so it can be used in case PDA crashes. John
