Basically, I want ask if anyone who has used the combination of SeeYou and a Colibri can give us any clues on how the Tasks get matched up. We are exporting a DA4 file from SeeYou for the Lxe program to use (this is the program that interfaces with the logger). When we do this, the Task Name is not carried across and there seems to be no way of correlating the tasks between the two programs other than to sort on length and go through and cross-reference them individually. We also have the problem that the Start/Finish points are not carried across correctly.

Gary,

The DA4 file structure does not include Task name. There is no way to carry this information from SeeYou to a DA4 file.

You probably mean Take off and Landing points and not Start/Finish? Again take off and landing points are not part of the DA4 file structure. After upload, the Colibri will determine these two points. The choice of take off and landing points is not relevant for badge/record flights.

I guess that comparing task distances and/or waypoint names is the only way you can match up tasks between the two programs.

Regards, Andrej
