We've just acquired a lovely ASW-20C w/o a relief system. Much to our surprise, when we opened up the seat pan to install one, we found VERY close tolerances around the tire/wheel assembly, sufficient to prevent tying the tube to the gear as we've done on other A/C (e.g., Cirrus) or seen on many other retractable gliders, e.g., Std. Cirrus, LS-4, LS-1, LS-8). (Also concerned that it'd require drilling holes in two substantial wooden bulkheads that just happen to support the Tost release!)

Suggestions or descriptions of working relief systems for this specific glider??

Dangle your tally whacker out the clear view.. Carefull it doesnt bang against the rudder...

Alternatively you can go straight through the fusalage bottom and use a tube within a tube to get the pee away from the plane. Make sure you cut a 45 angle on the tube facing backwards otherwise it will blow back on you. A buddy just installed such a system in his Nimbus 2 and he says it works great.
